Datasources

The Datasources module contains lookup tables used across Flinkk Hire. Administrators manage these lists so that dropdowns and selectors remain consistent. Keeping your datasources up‑to‑date ensures recruiters and candidates see the correct options.

Skill

The Skill page lists competencies that can be associated with job openings or used in interview feedback. Examples include Communication, Networking, Emotional Intelligence, Coding and Technical Knowledge. Use Add Skill to create a new entry and provide a descriptive name【660839130422399†screenshot】.

Job Applicant Source

The Job Applicant Source list shows where candidates originate — job boards, campuses, referral programmes, training institutions, etc. To add a new source, click Add Job Applicant Source and fill in the following fields【741791662264431†screenshot】:

Job Level

Job levels define organisational seniority (e.g. Entry‑Level/Fresher, Mid‑Level/Experienced, Senior Level, Managerial/Leadership, Executive/Top‑Level). The Job Level list displays existing levels and their creation dates. To add a level, click Add Job Level and enter the Level Name【926913549444677†screenshot】.

Interview Type

Interview types help categorise interviews (e.g. Technical, Behavioral, Situational, Phone Screen). The list shows the name and description for each type. Click Add Interview Type to create a new one; provide a Name and a Description【504652952990293†screenshot】.

Interview Round

Interview rounds represent the stages of the hiring process (e.g. Preliminary AI, Technical, Founder’s Round, HR Initial Screening). The list displays existing rounds and their creation dates. To add or edit a round:

  1. Click Add Interview Round or open an existing row.
  2. Fill in the Round Name, set the Expected Average Rating (star rating), select an Interview Type, assign Interviewers and specify a Designation.
  3. Use the Expected Skillset table to list skills and the minimum score expected for each【550257546711911†screenshot】. Add rows for each required skill.
  4. Save the round.
