Evaluation & Results

After each interview, recruiters and interviewers record feedback and decide whether the candidate should advance. Flinkk Hire captures structured data to help you make unbiased decisions.

4.1 Detailed AI evaluation summary

For AI interviews the system automatically transcribes the candidate’s answers, analyses sentiment and assesses skills. Interviewers can review a summary that includes:

  • Interview details – the ID of the interview, round name, job opening and candidate email【27073640498837†screenshot】.
  • Overall score – a numerical score calculated by the AI model.
  • Skill assessment table – lists each skill evaluated (e.g. Communication, Confidence, Clarity, Passion, Impact, Language Proficiency) with ratings from 1 to 5【323849351004828†screenshot】. An average rating is displayed using star icons to convey the candidate’s overall performance【679416435483148†screenshot】.
  • Feedback field – space for interviewers to write qualitative feedback about the candidate’s responses, strengths and areas for improvement【323849351004828†screenshot】.

This AI summary acts as a first‑pass filter; human interviewers should still review the transcripts to verify fairness and accuracy.

4.2 Recording manual interview feedback

After a manual interview, interviewers use the Interview Feedback module to capture their assessment. The feedback form mirrors the AI summary but relies on the interviewer’s ratings:

  1. Navigate to Interview Feedback and click Add Interview Feedback.
  2. Select the Interview ID, Interview Round, Job Applicant and Interviewer.
  3. Choose a Result (e.g. Cleared, Rejected) and enter the Overall Score.
  4. In the Skill Assessment table, rate each skill on a scale of 1–5 and the average rating will be calculated automatically【323849351004828†screenshot】.
  5. Provide written feedback summarising your observations and recommendations.
  6. Click Save to store the feedback.

4.3 Next steps: schedule or reject

Once feedback is submitted, recruiters review the scores and decide whether to advance the candidate. Possible actions include:

  • Schedule additional interviews – Add another round via the job opening’s interview plan or use Add Interview to create an ad‑hoc session.
  • Reject – Update the interview status to Rejected and use a notification template to send a polite rejection email. Ensure the notification is enabled under Settings → Notification so the candidate is informed promptly【642345940478666†screenshot】.
  • Prepare offer – If the candidate has cleared all rounds, proceed to the job offer stage.

Future releases will streamline this workflow by allowing you to trigger automated transitions (e.g. auto‑schedule the next round when the average score exceeds a threshold or auto‑reject below a cut‑off). Until then, recruiters should monitor interview statuses manually.
