Job Offers
Once a candidate has successfully completed all interview rounds, it’s time to extend a formal offer. Flinkk Hire’s job offer module lets you build and manage offers within the system, keeping everything organised and trackable.
5.1 Pre‑offer stage (planned)
Before creating an offer, recruiters often need additional information from the candidate (e.g. address, identification documents, expected notice period). A future update will introduce pre‑offer questionnaires and forms that candidates can fill out securely. In the current version, collect any necessary information via email or during interviews and note it in the candidate’s record.
5.2 Create and send an offer
Viewing existing offers
Navigate to Job Offer → Job Offer to see a table of offers. Columns include the applicant name, designation, company, status (awaiting response, accepted, rejected), ID and creation date. Use filters to locate specific offers. Click any row to view or edit the details.
Building a new offer
- Click Add Job Offer. A multi‑section form opens.
- In the General section, select the Job Applicant (search by name or email), set the Status (e.g. Draft or Awaiting Response), and fill in the Offer Date and Posting Date. Provide the Designation and any notes.
- Job Offer Term Template – if your organisation uses standard templates for terms and conditions, choose one here. Otherwise you can build terms manually.
- Job Offer Terms – a table listing contract items such as Probationary Period, Increments and Promotions, Medical Insurance, Group Term Insurance and Group Accidental Insurance. Click Add Row to include more terms. You can edit the text of each term or remove items that don’t apply.
- Salary Structure – enter the annual or monthly salary in the Base field, then click Calculate Salary Breakup. The system calculates components like Basic, House Rent Allowance, Travel Allowance, Provident Fund, Performance‑Based Incentive and Medical Insurance Cover, displaying them in a table【596210105277071†screenshot】.
- Closing Notes – use the rich‑text editor to add any final remarks or contextual information about the offer【477737408234066†screenshot】.
- Terms & Conditions – a separate editor for legal clauses and company policies. You can choose from existing templates under Job Offer → T&C and Job Offer → Term Template, or write your own. Note that access to term templates may be restricted to administrators【482150720534719†screenshot】.
- Click Save to create the offer. When you’re ready to extend it, send the offer directly from Flinkk Hire; the candidate receives an email with a link to view and accept or reject.
Monitoring offer responses
Accepted and rejected offers are tracked in the Job Offer list. Update the status accordingly and send follow‑up notifications via the Notification module. Once an offer is accepted, you can move to onboarding (see below).
5.3 Candidate onboarding (planned)
Onboarding is the process of welcoming new hires and completing paperwork. A future update will integrate onboarding workflows with Flinkk Hire so that, after a candidate accepts an offer, you can trigger tasks such as document upload, background checks and equipment provisioning from within the platform. For now, manage onboarding using your existing HR systems.
