Hiring Event
Hiring events are ideal for walk‑ins, campus drives or any situation where you need to process large volumes of candidates in a short period. Flinkk Hire provides two views — a list and a calendar — to help you manage these events efficiently.
List view
The List View presents all hiring events in a table. Each row shows the event name, date, location and the number of candidates registered. Use the filter controls to narrow down by date or location. If there are no events yet, you’ll see a “No Data” message. Click Add Hiring to create a new event.
When creating an event:
- Enter the Event Name (e.g. “Campus Drive – Bangalore 2025”).
- Specify the Date and Time.
- Define the Location (onsite or virtual).
- Configure Interview Slots — number of slots, duration per slot and the interview panel.
- Save the event. Candidates can then be invited or register via your careers site.
Calendar view
The Calendar View provides a monthly calendar showing all hiring events with their scheduled slots【897689854342803†screenshot】. This visual layout helps recruiters and candidates stay aligned on timing and quickly spot gaps or overlaps in the schedule. Use the navigation arrows to move between months. Click Add Event at the top of the calendar to open the event creation form.
Once events are created, you can click on any day to view or edit the event details. The calendar also indicates which days have interviews scheduled, making it easy to plan resources and communicate availability to candidates.
Managing candidates (planned)
Future versions of Flinkk Hire will include the ability to register candidates directly to a hiring event, automatically assign interview slots and send them confirmation emails. For now, events are mainly a scheduling tool — manage candidates manually through the Job Applicant or Interview modules.
