Pre Offer Stage

Pre‑Offer Stage

The pre‑offer stage sits between final interviews and creating an offer. It’s an opportunity to collect any outstanding information from the candidate and prepare the details of the contract. Although this functionality is not fully implemented in the current version of Flinkk Hire, the following best practices will help you manage this stage manually.

Collect required information

Before drafting an offer, verify that you have all necessary data:

  • Personal details – full legal name, address, phone number and email. Use the employee record in Users → Employee to store this information.
  • Identification documents – copies of ID cards, passports or work permits.
  • Compensation expectations – confirm the candidate’s expected salary and start date. This helps avoid renegotiations later on.
  • Notice period – understand the candidate’s current employment obligations to schedule their joining date accurately.

In a future release, Flinkk Hire will support pre‑offer forms that candidates can fill out securely. For now, gather this information via email or a secure file sharing tool and attach it to the candidate’s record.

Prepare the salary and benefits

Once you have the candidate’s details, collaborate with your compensation team to determine the final salary and benefits package. When entering the offer in Flinkk Hire you’ll specify a base salary, and the system will calculate components like allowances and benefits automatically【596210105277071†screenshot】.

Draft terms and conditions

Identify any special clauses that should appear in the offer, such as non‑compete agreements, intellectual property clauses or remote‑work policies. You can save frequently used clauses as Terms & Conditions templates under Job Offer → T&C. When you create the offer you’ll choose a template or write custom terms.【482150720534719†screenshot】

Next steps

After gathering all pre‑offer data, proceed to the Job Offer module to create and send the offer. If the candidate accepts, coordinate with your HR team to begin onboarding.
