Admin Setup

The Admin Setup section is where system administrators configure global settings, manage users and tailor the look and feel of the careers portal. This page explains the key administrative features in Flinkk Hire.

Dashboard overview

Upon signing in, administrators land on the Dashboard. This page provides a high‑level view of your recruitment pipeline with cards summarising:

  • Interview Scheduled (This Month) – number of interviews scheduled in the current month.
  • Rejected Job Applicants (This Month) – total candidates rejected during the month.
  • Ongoing Interview – count of interviews currently in progress.
  • Job Openings – number of open requisitions.
  • Accepted Job Applicants – candidates who have accepted offers.
  • Total Applicants (This Month) – total new applications this month.
  • Job Offers (This Month) – number of offers created.
  • Applicant‑to‑Hire Percentage – conversion rate of applicants to hires.

Below the cards you’ll find two charts: Job Applicant Pipeline and Job Applicant Source. The pipeline chart breaks down applicants by role and status, while the source chart highlights where candidates originate (LinkedIn, Career Portal, referrals etc.)【584477649987381†screenshot】.

User management

Navigate to Users → Employee to view and manage user accounts. The employee list displays each person’s name, company email, department and designation. Use the filter panel to search and filter by department or status. Click Add Employee to create a new account. The form contains two tabs:

  • Overview – enter or edit the employee number, company email, status, salutation and name details. Ensure the company email is unique.
  • Personal – record marital status, blood group, family background, health details and passport information. This tab helps store personal data in one place【584601411589740†screenshot】.

At present, role assignment and granular permission control are limited. A future update will introduce Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) so you can assign distinct permissions (admin, recruiter, interviewer, etc.).

Company settings

Camped Hire sync

Under Settings → Camped Hire Settings you can integrate Flinkk Hire with your human resource management system (HRMS). The form captures the API endpoint, tenant ID, API token and other credentials for both the hire and HRMS apps【590066193462995†screenshot】. After entering the credentials, click Save to enable data synchronisation.

Career website configuration

The Career Website Settings page lets you customise the public careers site. There are two tabs:

  • Navbar – upload your Brand Image, specify the Banner Image and edit the Banner HTML. Use the HTML editor to adjust headings, text or images on the banner【717151836230695†screenshot】.
  • Head SEO – define meta information such as Title, Description and Favicon for SEO purposes【85148766429903†screenshot】.

Notification templates

Under Settings → Notification, you can configure automated email and in‑app notifications. The notification list shows existing templates with columns for subject, event, document type and condition【697018631396103†screenshot】. Opening a template reveals fields to enable/disable it, choose the channel (email, system notification), define the subject, sender and document type, add a condition (e.g. send when a new interview is scheduled) and specify recipients【642345940478666†screenshot】【494688671669606†screenshot】. Use the rich text editor in the Message section to compose the email body and preview it before saving. More detail on template configuration is provided in the Configurations chapter.

Tip: Notifications drive engagement by automatically reminding interviewers of upcoming interviews, sending candidates feedback requests and triggering alerts when offer statuses change.

Reports and analytics

Admins can access Report → Recruitment Analytics to review the hiring pipeline. The report includes metrics like staffing plan, job opening, applicant name, application status and job offer status with filtering by date【563324375252857†screenshot】. For a deeper dive into the dashboard and reporting capabilities, see the Reports & Dashboard chapter.

Datasources

Although datasources have a dedicated page (described separately), administrators typically manage them. Skills, applicant sources, job levels, interview types and interview rounds determine the options available in forms and are editable under Datasources.

Summary

The Admin Setup module centralises system configuration. From the dashboard you monitor hiring metrics, while the settings pages let you customise the careers site, integrate with HR systems, edit notification templates and manage employee records. More advanced user and role management is planned for a future update.
